Bart is the son in the Simpson family. He also one of most mischief causing people in Springfeild. He vandalizes property. He's an international annoyance, but he at heart is an ok boy. Bart's actions are a way to get attention from others. Indeed the acts do get a little severe, such as, when he cut the head off a famous statue. But, thats just Bart.

Bart was delibrately made a devil. In fact, his very name is an anagram of what he is: a Brat. He has had his moments like all of the members of the Simpson family. One of the largest was with, his idol, Krusty the Clown on TV. A couple of famous moments were the Sideshow Bob times, when Bart had to save himself and Krusty being killed. Also there were moments where he had to save Krusty from being cancelled or ruined.

Bart in recent episodes hasn't caused as much mischief as before, but spent his with his father Homer doing things and sharing adventures all over the place. Indeed Bart is the devil of the Simpsons.
